Alex graduated from UCLA in 2025 with a bachelor’s in biochemistry. Alex’s research focuses on characterizing proteins involved in both the Nonsense-Mediated Decay and No-Go Decay pathways. This year he’s looking forward to working as a lab tech while applying for graduate programs. In his free time, Alex loves running, drumming, folding origami, and talking about Doctor Who with anyone who will let him.
